OT. You stated that, " .... on top of that It will probably not achieve its intended purpose of building more manufacturing plants in the USA" Seems that the opposite is most likely going to happen, Plus Increased INVESTMENT is heading America's way ---->

They know this Cookie of a Global Stock Market is about to crumble They know there is way too much debt out there. They know unfunded liabilities will cripple nations. They know They need access to Mineral Resources ( it is the future ) They know we are headed toward Financial War and maybe War itself. They know they would rather impose a 'Consumption Based Tax System' first and foremost before they tax the Ultra Wealthy. They know if they crash the markets the Fed will step in, yet again, and monetize the debt on Taxpayers backs. They know that Trump is the face that will lite this candle.
