That's the thing, you start out with saying the US has been footing the bill for the world, but where is your data and proof? The Harmonized Tariff book is 99-chapters and probably 2,000 pages long. You'd have to look up every classified product for every country to come up with that premise, which I assume you (nor anyone in the administration) has done yet. I've worked on tariffs and customs issues for 46-years. I can tell you for certain that the administration is just making nearly all of this stuff up.
