Very close ! The 200MA is at 37.30. Here some TA:

ASCEND COMM closed up 1.250 at 36.750.
Volume was 24% above average (neutral) and Bollinger
Bands were 25% wider than normal.

Looks like we've just punched through and it also appears as though the 50 DMA is about $3 below the 200 DMA.
