Thanks for the reply, I think we're making progress, kinda !<g>Wheel To Wheel The company's press release (issued while Wilfred Shaw was president) plainly states that it was buying the Wheel To Wheel concept from Mr. Copley not "Mr.X." You state: "According to company sources Mr. Copley never owned Wheel To Wheel." The only person who was a director then and who is still is a director is Wilfred Shaw." I guess I know who your "source" is! Accordingly, when was Mr. Shaw's company being misleading, Brett? When he was president then or as chairman now? Finally, why would Wilfred Shaw's company anounce that they have secured the rights to Wheel To Wheel from Mr. Copley if -- you are correct -- and he was just a "franchisee." Franchisee of what? Himself. Likewise, as you said, Mr. Copley never received his $65,000. No consideration, no contract -- this is the point I first made last week. I think that there is a lot of ambiguity in the company's ownership of "Wheel to Wheel"Management Stuff You state: "You will know that he [Mr. Shaw] was originally an investor who had no choice to step in when he found out just how bad the management was." I don't know where you got this from, Brett, but it doesn't make sense. If you go to Canada Stockwatch you'll see that Wilfred Shaw became a director of the company after he did the private placement. He was part of "the management" from the get-go. Also, you state "management was forced out by Shaw and other shareholders." Well, Dan Masters says that "they left to pursue another OTB BB company." Who's correct? Finally, you state: "Joe if you are who you say you are I am sorry if you are offended however you make statements that are easily disproved and have no bearing on the current company." No need to apologize Brett, as long as you attack the accuracy of my statements and not me personally. Likewise, I hope? Just focus on easily disproving my statements and I will do likewsie! Incidentally, I did some snooping and you are somewhat correct on one thing. Dan Masters did indeed become a director of MIS in October, 1996, but about "Pres/CEO" I wasn't able to confirm. I'm trying to find additional info about him, but there's not a great papertrail, at least in the US. Also, Canada Stockwatch doesn't disclose him as a past officer of any other company. Can you tell me if he has ever been at the helm of another public company, and what is credentials are?
