Joe and Brett,

I am glad to see the discussion has gotten healthier although varied opinions is just that.

My understanding of the MIS transition is this:
1. Wilfred Shaw joined the board after his initial investment.
2. He increased his investment and becaming a controlling interest on the board.
3. Dissatisfied with the progress of the company (which we all know went nowhere in 1996 and 1997) he replaced the old management with Dan Masters and himself.

On Masters, I understand his expertise is in franchising. I don't know that he has managed a public company in the past.

Nevertheless, his progress on developing the business of MIS at the present time appears to be excellent from my perspective.

Til the next time, Leroyt
