Can anyone please interpret this financial transaction for those of us who don't understand the slightest about convertible warrants? 'Twould be much appreciated. Does this cause the company to go into more debt? There must be some downside to doing what Accumed did to build capital for NASDAQ compliance. Thanks.

The stock link still doesn't seem to work for me. I keep getting ACMI closed at 1 1/16. When I manually enter ACMIC it says that symbol doesn't exist.
