the company is in the process of filing form 10 with the sec so financials should be available soon. I spoke to Dave about that issue today, because I had the same question. I think they are hoping for $3.5 mil in revs this year. The company has no debt and almost no overhead. No executive salaries are paid, and rent is very low. They have PO's they are working on. So, call dave yourself. see what you get from him
