Hi Bob:

Yes $$$ is “going to be” invested, some time in future.
Next quarter or next year. In the meantime in this part of the Pres election cycle, $$$ is being constricted by States or Universities violating federal laws, DOGE cuts from waste, fraud, etc., and less spending on wars around the world. Biden was given a green light to print and spend more.
Trump is not printing and spending more. So the charts that Kirk posted reflect this current reality.
Corporate investment and tariff response outcomes are forth coming. It’s going to eventually happen, but it’s not happening right now.

It seems your dividend approach is a sound one!

Success to you…

Until we get firm tariff numbers written down in stone, rather than changing daily via tweets, I double anyone is dumb enough to change massive investment plans. First off, where would you put the new plants and where would you find the needed, skilled workers for hire?

Didn't we have a similar problem after COVID shutdown when everyone was looking for skilled workers and places like Meta and Google here were stockpiling workers that they've recently let go?

Is there anywhere that has excess housing without excess crime?
