Hi Buddy, Nice to finally have some company on this one. SPZN is a strange stock. Earnings are totally unpredictable. I made a lot of money on this stock many years ago when it ran from around $7 to over $20 in about 3 months. Got interested in it again about a year ago when the earnings again returned to the bottom line. Should have sold out when the stock ran up over $9, but I kept remembering the good old run of yester year.

I read yesterdays action as an accumulation day. If $6.625 was only a MM's bid and 50,000 shares were put on the market, the price would have fallen over one point. Early today the bid is up to $6.875 and the ask is $7. The stock is not very liquid, if no stock is being bid or offered, the price will change very quickly on any incoming orders. Most of the time it doesn't do very much.

I do like the potential on it though, own a bunch! Low PE, limited downside risk, lots of upside potential. Unlike QUST, the management of SPZN never attempt to support the stock. (Think they might be afraid someone might come along and buy them up at these cheap prices). Just waiting for the next pop to sell my shares at a decent profit.

Let me know what you think after doing your DD on this stock. Hope we get some news from QUST soon.

Good luck.

Chris ....

Intersting news on todays trading. Was talking to my broker today (Herzog) and he mentioned there was a 25,000 share block on the sell side available. A couple minutes later I say the block trade at $6.625 and resold at $6.75. My guy said that Herzog was shopping the block to Fidelity but he was not sure if Fidelity was the buyer.

Makes sense to me that Fidelity could be the buyer. Someone has been taking a BIG position in the company. Remember the 50,000 shares trading at the bid yesterday. If it is Fidelity as the buyer, they might soon have to report a 5% or greater position in the company. Can you imagine what this SEC filing might do to the company!

Might just make a few bucks on this stock this year.

Just thought you might be interested.

Hi Buddy, coming in from SPZN this time. I'm not sure if you ever got into this company, but something looks to be breaking on this sleeping stock. Aggressive buying (big blocks) has hit this morning. No news on the wires, but earnings are do soon. Although buying before the earnings announcement no guarantee that the earnings will be good, it is much better than having the stock fall before earnings. SPZN 3rd quarter can be a very strong quarter for the company. If these guys could earn over $0.30, then get ready for one heck of a ride.
