Judging by these data, I would have to guess that Senators Short and Peeler are good candidates to vote for bill 947 because a substantial portion of their district includes counties against VGMs. If, in fact, they will vote for 947, that would give Gov. Beasley 25 of the 29 votes he needs. Seems like any way I slice this situation it comes out too close to call.
