There are enough people in the USA who are bilingual that speak fluent Spanish and English that I see no problem hiring a Trucker who only speaks fluent Spanish.

This is another example of Trump getting out of hand making these sweeping judgements.

I'm wondering if the police are tired of pulling over truckers that claim to not speak English.
No excuse these days. Voice translator apps are readily available.
