I follow your math but still the wording was fuzzy and didn't to me sound very definitive. Of course as you point out we need to factor in any last quarter loss and Jan - March 20 loss. Also the Sakura deal needs to be considered i.e. the assets transferred (or to be transferred) by all of the parties versus the ownership position of ACMI. I had the feeling that this proposed or actual deal might have actually decreased ACMI's net tangible assets.

The market will make its judgement on all of this tomorrow so we will see how the large shareholders feel about this step and the overall situation. The larger number of shares and warrants doesn't hurt while you are losing money and won't impact the past quarter in any event.
But the upside potential keeps on getting whittled down as you dilute.
