Here is a quote from the The Motley Investment Guide (p.140) relating to the selling by insiders. "...you should almost never be dissuaded by news of insiders selling their shares. As we mentioned last chapter, many insiders have most of their wealth tied up in their own company's stock. Just like you, they have loved ones to put through space camp, lots and lots of Ben and Jerry's ice cream to buy, and a fraudulent oil field or two to invest in (and later take a tax loss on). In other words, they too have costs that their salaries cannot always cover. Selling stock is their way of getting rich, and in many cases they've worked hard as hell to earn it."

1st question I would ask at Robbie Stephens is why now?

Taxes!!! Right now is the time to start settling up with the IRS for 97. I am going through the same thing right now (at an obviously much lower level). I would not read anything into it.
