Starowl, your explanation was rational indeed and is much appreciated. Five six months, that is a blink in terms of time horizons. I am asking my investors to be "patient" for 5 years (VBG).

Very good assessment Starowl. If it were easy everybody would be doing it. That applies to Adaptec with respect to their purchase of Symbios as well each of us on this thread deciding whether or not to go long on ADPT. If there weren't any risk in these decisions, presumably there would be any reward either.
