M, Spartan Gold Circle (72 trades per year, but you might talk your way in the first year) does not pay the $3 surcharge. Regular Spartan (36 trades/yr) gets 14.95 for mkt orders, 17.95 for limits (up to 1000 shares).

Yes I do most of the times as most of my orders are day limit orders.
