I called DLJ and they confirmed that it's a bogus trade.

FWIW: The time 09:44 is the same time I bought 200 shares on Dec. 22nd, 1997. That trade was later canceled because we were halted at before the open that day.

No it's not legit, the same short MM's posting on the AOL boards who posted a week ago that trading would resume today submitted the bogus trade in an attempt to shake shares before the $10MM is announced with the resumption of trading and a nearly certified float.....BTW, nobody's scared.
