Albert, re <valuation of AMD vs. Middleton>
It is apparent that this discussion is led nowhere.
This recent graduate with castrated education is not
capable to understand you. It is about the same if I
would try to explain to Elmer or Wang details
of phonon-electron scattering in application to
semiconductors, or basics of turbulent cascade
process scaling when cooling the Pentuim-II : )

It also seems to me that his excessive activity on this
thread has some hidden purpose (in addition to the obvious
purpose to sell his "consulting" web-service to newbies).
Look at this list from his recent post:

<Brand value, current capital, patents, human
apital, FAB's, work completed under the
constuction of new fabs, etc.>

These are exactly the Intel's "assets" that all
Intel investors are whinning about as "undervalued".
He is not doing his job well to raise the awareness
of these "values" in order to justify bigger PE ratio.
You need to show forgiveness and stop torturing him.

BTW, AMD is +1 again, INTC is up also while many other
semi are in red. What is going on?

Regards,

Ali
