Re: FLEM. Doug, I called Flemington concerning the latest two press releases and this is what they said:

We have misread the prospectus. The drugs they are targeting ARE, in fact, high volume OTC drugs or products. They are trying to compete (i.e., take market share from) with current OTC solutions. For example, their poison ivy product. This new product, if one catches poison ivy in its early stages, can eliminate the poison ivy within 3 to 4 hours, which, if you've ever had poison ivy, is a huge improvement. If you use the product when your poison ivy is in its full stages, the effects can be eliminated in 12-18 hours, which is still a big improvement.

Concerning the funding, it is true that some are funded by Flemington and some are not. But, for whichever products are funded completely by Flemington, they have a much larger portion of the overall revenues once the product is approved.

On a different topic, they are in negotiations with getting a new Market Maker. An announcement should be make within the next week or two. He couldn't say whether the company is well known or not.

Personally, they answered my questions. No doubt about it, FLEM is a longer term hold, but the payoff could really be big within a year or two. After the FDA approves one of their products, this stock will start to take off. Only time will tell when that'll be...
