The preferred stock and warrants will not be registered, but the underlying Common stock will be. AccuMed issued the following corrections to Monday's press release today at 9:20 AM (CT): accumed.com (If the original version of the file is still in your browser's cache, you will have to click Reload or Refresh.) The corrected version of the press release will be the first document sent to AccuMed's e-mail-based IR Mailing List. A form will be available on the AccuMed website later today for mailing list registration. I will provide a link in a follow-up message.
