From what I have been able to gather, Siebe plc is no more a competitor for TAVA than is Rayethon, Wonderware or Square D. Foxboro div of Siebe is prominately displayed in Tava's links so there may already be some type of business relationship going on, and from what I understand about half of Siebe plc business is in North America. We need to remember that TAVA is in systems integration and as such probably has a large amount of expertise in many systems with those of Foxboro included. From this aspect, it would be relatively easy to perceive some type of benefit to TAVA's y2kone platform from any enlarged association. JMO. Gerry
