It's very interesting what one can find out when they do a little research. I found in my research that a civil suit was filed By NAMX and others against Hunter Vann and others in Salt Lake City,UT. So I called information in Salt Lake City and get the general number for the courts. I'm referred to the THIRD DISTRICT COURT. BINGO!!! The woman there ( in the civil division ) confirms to me that indeed a suit has been filed against Hunter Vann and others by NAMX. The date of that filing was 12/16/97. The number of that case is 970909990. For anyone wishing to confirm my research. So the statement that someone understands that a suit has been filed against certain individuals is in fact TRUE. One of those individuals is Hunter Vann. Quite interesting. With litigation pending against Mr. Vann, I don't quite think that his posting here is appropriate at this time. Just looking for the truth around here. TODAY I THINK I FOUND THE TRUTH.
