ratan, TA would account for it indirectly, maybe. However, imo a respected analyst can manipulate the stock such that at least temporarily it would move against its pattern. (imo TA only means anything because there are technical analysts; the more people believe in the sanctity of chart patterns, the more the stocks will tend to have those patterns). FA should analyze the balance sheet, P/L, and have some analysis of future prospects.
