I haven't been to Disneyland since the 70's, first time I was 8 in 1958, we drove down in a 1953 Chevy, I learned a few things about the USA, don't ask for chips and expect french fries, order ice tea and you get cold tea with an ice cube in it, No white vinegar to be had back then, they only had malt. it was a great time to be a kid in Disneyland, the only down side of the trip was my Grandmother who came down with us got sick on the way home and had to go to the hospital, she had food poisoning but survived
