Also this release from Judge Anderson today which goes up to the Supreme Court should have a fuller write up tomorrow AM by Cliff LaBlanc who is the "States" reporter on the Federal Court side. The people from the Coin Operators Assoc. said their lawyers were pleased since the Judge did not rule that these Video games were games of chance and therefore in violation of the Constitution as a Lottery. The Anti-VGM group argued that these were games of chance with no skill and had hoped he would so rule.
