Humble question, ALL, any clues as to whether the Wonderware buyout will impact the rollout of the TAVA CDs by Wonderware?

Siebe makes "hardware", WNDR designs software for industrial automation, and TAVA--as a factory floor consulting firm--integrates hardware and software together, tailored to a particular company's needs.

Why would a process automation and control hardware company buy a closely related software company unless they were planning on integrating them?
