I agree with your analysis of the finalization on the Johnson/Lett deal. But only as far as the first option on the Johnson/Lett technology is concerned. If it is found that the process is not patentable, re-negotiation may be in order.

Bob:

I understand exactly why there are delays and agree with the strategy of negotiating more time if it is necessary. What I would like to see is an undramatic announcement by the company that this has been done rather than all of us calling the company all of the time. If it is a company statement rather than a phone conversation it also has far more credibility. We were told there is a contract with specific payments and dates. When specific payments and dates are passed then a notice of extension would be in order. This ensures things are being done in a proper manner.

I guess I don't know why that is difficult for the company or not done. The shareholders have been a valuable and patient resource for the company. Appropriate and consistent communication would help the shareholders who spread the word about this company. Most of us are long this stock and don't want the company fielding excessive calls or making announcements of no value. Clarifying contract deadlines would help both of these. Sorry for the length of the message. I agree 100% we shouldn't spend the money unless we are sure.
