About Wayne Whaley’s latest setup (25% rally in under 3 months) A couple of things to keep in mind - which “may” serve as early warnings that things may deviate from their bullish path. 1) In all cases, the index was positive starting at 1 month after the signal - and remained so for 12 months. So, if it’s negative on August 6, that would imply that it’s getting “off track”. And 2) in all cases, drawdowns were under 4%. So, seeing a drawdown >4% could be a warning.
