Sector,

You are correct with the odds of thowing a 12 is 1/36 but the chances of doing it 4 x consecutive is another story....I have thrown 4/10 or 4/4 4x even 5x in a row...but the odds of a single 4 or 10 is 3/36, its easier.

Jeff

Sorry Sector, you're wrong (1st time as far as i know <g>).

If you roll the dices 4 times, there are 20,736 different combinations possible (12^4). Each of them has the same probability, that is 1/20,736=0.00005. The probability to get a '12' four times in a row is the same as '1-2-3-4' or anything else, but it's just .00005.

The chance to get something different from '12-12-12-12' is very high (99.99995%)
