What is your biggest one-day gain for a stock you actually own with a meaningful position?

I'm pretty sure this gain for INKT is a record for me.

I had an automatic profit taking hit at about $21.48 and was very pleased with the HUGE gain from the prior close... then I took profits again in the $40s and $60s... It seems crazy but if the technology really works as well as hoped for, this is still a cheap stock!

FWIW, the reason they split it off from AGEN with AGEN still owning about 55% of the shares is they wanted to keep the woman who became the CEO "in house" and yet give her and her team a way to get rewarded for success with their own stock. AGEN's CEO is also listed as a major shareholder of the spinoff INKT...
