Premier: First I have to tell you that I am not advertising since I am not a lawyer and have no monetary gain here Secondly, You have probably made a heck of a lot of money day trading etc on this stock, however the losers have lost a lot due to a scandalous management. I am seeking to unite shareholders to fight for their intersts. If shareholders would have been united todays hatchet job would not have happened without shareholders approval. You are not losing and therefore do not like the mention of lawsuits since you gain nothing and only may be damaged at a recovery, however you fail to realize that the unity of shareholders prevents a scandalaous management from continuing their act. Does the $240mm loss bother you Does a 420mm in operating loss bothher you Do you talk about the sellout of shareholders today pointing to the desperation the company was in to get the money at any price before the real facts are known and it is all over Where were the accountants, to warn and protect shareholders. These forms are and should be for these discussions, for shareholders to know what happened and judge the future and also protect ther intersts collectively. If you feel these posts unimportant why don't you just skip them.
