Wish I had a Scanner or some way to post all of this info. Of the 20 mill shares proposed, they want to issue 375,000 of these shares to principals of the company at a price of .01 per share.

Hi Wayne, enjoying our MDIN run? I am not happy either. The 5 for 1 rollback will allow them to do financing at higher prices for their new drilling campaign. Unless they can come up with financing and a drilling project for Coni, if/when it begins trading, I will sell at the bounce.
