Well, NBIS is a real business. They are building out AI data centers. Personally I just didn't like an investment that (as I understand it) spends massive amounts today for a hopeful return tomorrow. It made me think of the DSL network companies that launched in the Dotcom wave, they raised a bunch of money, and built DSL connections between businesses / homes and the internet. They all went bust, but they built some nice DSL connections along the way. Everyone is building AI datacenters, so ....... there must be some demand for them.
