No, why do you ask?

I'm not sure who else here to ask other than Bob because the majority seem to favor trading on charts rather than fundamentals. BRKA doesn't pay a dividend nor is it tech, so it is probably not in Bob's universe. I do both...

For me, it owns too much Apple to be a value stock so probably outside my universe too unless someone convinces me. And I'm trying to SIMPLIFY rather than add stocks to my portfolio, but I like to keep my eyes open for real deals. Berkshire was a hell of a deal when the internet bubble popped, but so were several value stocks and funds like WMI and my REITs so I may not bother.

It is amazing how owning some REITS helped overall returns in 2000 to 2009 while stocks like MSFT did not regain their peak values until years later.
