Rick Stine has made an interesting presentation.

He says Kravis's departure is bad for Oxford. Is it possible that Kravis wanted more than Oxford could give up? Is it possible that Oxford got a better deal from TP than it would have gotten from Kravis/TP team? Is it possible that with the enhanced balance sheet(including TP's preferred equity) Oxford can negotiate better terms from a third party lender for $350MM debt?

Its true that TP's preferred dividends come from after tax money. Its also true that the deal is dilutive to existing stockholders. Alternatively, in the absence of TP financing, $3.58 quarter's loss and insurance regulators requiring capitalization the stock would have been worth perhaps $3.58 at tonight's close. Does Mr. Stine believe existing stockholders would have loved the alternative? Even though TP is getting 8% dividend of which 70% may be tax free to TP, Does Mr. Stine believe TP is satisfied with 8% returns on its capital? Is it possible that redemption provisions are incorporated in the preferred stock? Assuming Oxford does not need funds for growth,is it possible that Oxford could redeem preferred stock from $17.75 per share it will receive?

Is it possible that new management may succeed in its turnaround strategy?

Is Oxford's problem systemic or transient? If Mr. Stine can convince me that the problem is systemic then I will promptly take small profit (sitting with average cost of $16) and look elsewhere.

Hi William. Sure:
Basically same thing:
Shade w/ yr cursor at the address (make sure yr tool bar is set up that it shows up-the address- while yr using it), then do same: right mouse click; choose COPY; go to respond or wherever yr planning on putting the link, and right mouse click-choose PASTE.
This is an i.e. to this pg.
techstocks.com. Once you "submit" the msg., it aitomatically (should) put the line under it for you---if you have yr browser set up that way.
I am sure there's an easier way, but that's how I do it. Sometimes ya have to add the WWW to make a link work. GD luck
