Patrick-When will a official announcement take place? When do
you anticipate a closing deal? You must be very close to consumating
a deal since you are willing to announce over message boards.
BTW can you tell us how many shares JNNE holds in amerinet?

While we're at it, perhaps you could provide an update as to JNNE's own financial status at this point. Last time I inquired to investor relations, the information sent to me depicted a rather bleak picture: liens, debts, IRS penalties, worthless inventories, etc. Not the kind of company that makes potential investors happy.

I'm curious if JNNE has cleaned all of its past myriad liabilities up, and if so, what kind of assets are left?

Exactly what *is* JNNE at this point? What does it do? How does it make money? What kind of profits does it have?
