Bob, I was a co-owner of a 37 acre parcel in Horseshoe Bay right across from the lake. Took time but finally got entitlement for the parcel to be subdivided into residential lots. The golf course was above the parcel. Beautiful area adjacent to Egg Harbor. Crystal clear lake. We were approached by a developer who bought the property. Does this qualify me as a former "Cheesehead" :))
