CIO. Another oops. Sold my tracking shares too soon for the loss. July 10 after a 2 1/2 year holding. I am with berniel too. Had to check to see who this woman was and her importance in the social scene.

i am not happy i know my initial buys were at higher level and the company was buying back its own shares at over $11 if my feeble memory serves me correctly. Dont shareholders get to vote on this?

CIO:I am dubious whether this is an arms length transaction. I could find out little about the acquiring company and susspect as does at least one law firm that mnagement is trying to pull a fast one on outside shareholders. I also suspect that elliot already owns lots of shares.
