I don't think you can say that Joe. Please attend the shareholders meeting for all of us on the 6th of March. I have other friends who will also attend. Please, hold your comments and do this for us. I don't believe you say this, first of all he claims he knew nothing of this reverse split until the last moment and second you seemed so positive when you first hyped the stock. Why the reversal now? I don't think you spoke to him after that time did you? Did you change your mind in midstream?
