>You know nothing about NETZ

neither does anyone else! Except that they like to mention
their name along with doubleclick in press releases every
chance they get.

>NETZ acquired Softbank after a shell merger!

so what? Do you know what they paid for it? Do you know
if they paid ANYTHING at all? Maybe just gave them
some shares? Does anyone know if the softbank subsidiary
was making any PROFIT or just gushing red ink? NO. Because
there are no financials or hard numbers. Everyone is
betting that those numbers are great. If they were
so damned great, they could just go ahead and announce
what they were! There is no law that says you cant
report income figures before an official SEC filing. If
you report false figures, of course, you're going
to get sued into the ground. It is in NETZ's best
interest to keep the wool pulled over the average
investors eyes for as long as possible.
