Revenue may be higher, but it will be more interesting to see the net effect of the tarifs they pay. Will they pass it on to the consumer directly or will they absorb it into their price, thus reducing net revenue?

also I will bet you that apple designs two completely differnt designs, one with the c1 modem and one with the qualcomm modem. then have a runoff in june next year to see which one they actually go with. in fact it would be a great idea to pit the two teams against each other and let the nest man win internally. i think that Cristiano will not produce the chipset unless they commit to a certain volume, like $200-300M worth of chips.
