Interesting. This is actually very bullish
The company intends to finance the acquisition through a combination of cash on hand and debt, and has obtained committed financing from J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BNP Paribas and Mizuho Bank, Ltd. to fund the transaction.
Only thing more bullish is if the target company asked for stock and cash so they can participate in the upside and avoid more expensive financing costs.
