"This translates to a plant of 12,000 to 16,000 buildings"

Having 16,000 buildings in range is one thing, negotiating roof rights for them is another. Hopefully WinStar is negotiating with large real estate companies for bunches of buildings at a swipe. Doing them one by one would take a while, even though they recently beefed up (doubled?) the size of their roof-rights negotiating department. From what I've heard, the assimilation of the acquisitions is going well, with value added by both the Midcom and Goodnet pieces. My take is that the biggest exposure is the ability to continue scaling the business to new levels. Fortunately they seem to be doing an excellent job of that so far. On to Europe!
