<One can always make the argument that there are better opportunities out there than spending money on stock.>

At this time Joe has the cash flow to run the company. He has never been one to pay cash for the M&A's. He would prefer to use restricted stock. So, if he can buy it at $2.00 and get $3.00 + in trade, why not. Besides, Joe has made the decision to do the buyback and thats pretty much it for the moment.

Best Regards

Dear Jumpin Joe:
Your post is right on target. However,I don't mind the heat in
the kitchen(I don't like it but I don't mind it)I've been doing that
all my life, Joe Medsker's post is also on the money, however
as I have repeatedly stated we are building a company for
value.we will keep building it until we all exist together.I ,as
you know have a lot of options at low prices but I wouldn't
use them until we can package this baby and sell it off
to a very big buyer(in whole or in parts).I can you assure it wouldn't
be at these prices.Myself and my fellow corporate officers are
in this for the stock price period.Hell,I think I am the 12th highest paid (not the first) officer in the company;.You have to
know the mindset of a Jarhead. We are going to do this and
hopefully in the not to distant future.

JJ,
Just read your post. I thought it was well thought out and should be required reading for those that look to the future. The improvement in the balance sheet over the past year is a good indicator that the future looks much brighter. If Joe Murphy and Co. continue as they have I have no problem waiting. In fact, I think waiting for Joe to finish some key elements will just bring more and more worth to our company. Do we have suitors? I would bet all my shares that we do but Joe is not about to give away his company. He will get us all a good price when the time comes. JMO of course.
