Ok, so these guys are transferring data using light? Interesting! Any idea why they get a gross margin of only 35% (below a commodity memory maker) when making something that sounds pretty high tech? My guess is they purchase an expensive high margin component from some company, and package it, and can only charge for packaging the valuable component well. In other words, the component maker is perhaps the one to buy.
