Pocotrader,
Las Vegas is hurting as tourism drops. Are Canadians behind the Sin City slump? The number of Canadians going to Vegas has plummeted — prompting concern among casino CEOs
No offense, but you canuckleheads are overestimating your impact on Las Vegas tourism.

Las Vegas, for the most part, has become a complete rip-off. They nickel-and-dime you for everything. Their casino games are being tweaked for an even bigger house advantage than before. They have stupid "resort fees." They overcharge for everything.

I no longer play blackjack at Las Vegas casinos, for example. Most of them now pay out 6:5 instead of 3:2 for blackjacks, which any advantaged player (i.e. card-counter) can tell you is a HUGE penalty to the player. Moreover, the casinos are much more aggressive in backing off advantaged players than ever before. Even if you aren't counting cards, if you happen to have a lucky streak, the casino will assume you are a card counter because they're lazy. They don't give a shit anymore about how they're discouraging the average players, because the players kept coming and coming and coming.

In short, Las Vegas is due for a correction. And Trump's negative impact on tourism is helping to usher in this correction.
