I'd estimate that that self-styled investors' rights group cost Disney owners about $5/sh.

They don't represent the vast majority of Disney owners. They should go away and figure out why American educators do just about the worst job in the world (when measured by student test results), despite the fact that the U.S. spends more than twice the amount the Germans or Japanese do on education per capita.

That's a genuine scandal.
