Hey, if the Supreme Court rules that video poker is tantamount to a lottery, it's over.. period.. there's no heat to turn up. The only issue? How soon must the machines be shut down.

If the Court rules that video poker is not a lottery, then we are back to the current status quo. Also note that the Court's decision will likely come long after the current battle is waged in the Senate.
