I’d suggest to refrain from that trip to DC. You’ll just go broke paying legal fees. Better buy some gold… :) They all know what they’re doing - and - I guess - every one of them thinks that speaking up would simply destroy their careers. Which is probably true. Just look at Musk. The new idea seems to be to go back to low rates (which would require a compliant Fed) - and, refinance debt using short term instruments. This will probably work for a while - until it makes matters worse.
