Kevin, has the ascending triangle for CSCO completed resolution to the upside yet? Think CSCO closed at a new high today, do you have a near-term upside target? ALTR and XLNX, my sense is it's best to take a position on pullback soon and not belabor technicals too much. See my post to Jan this morning on these two, your thoughts please.
