Before anyone else sinks money into this fiasco, a few points of elaboration may be in order.

1) Some have said that the TP investment is reason for us to invest. Really? The investment from TP is a very one-sided deal. The conversion price of 17.75 CAN BE RESET if the stock price for the 20 days prior to the filing of the 1998 10-k (probably March-April of 1999) is below its current level. Yes, if the stock trades at $10 per share a year from now, the conversion price will be reset to $11.5. So TP gets a free one year look, and gets 8% or more while they wait. Do you??

2) The investment is contingent on OXHP raising an additional $350 million of debt. That money won't be cheap, and it is not assured.

3) Michael Price is NOT the sponsor of the OXHP position at his firm. As he said in his Barrons interview a week ago, "Oxford is Ray Gorea's position, so if you want to talk about it, ask him." Not a ringing endorsement, IMO.

4) Norm Payson ran another HMO into the ground due to uncontrolled growth. Is he the best man for the job, or the only one they could find willing to take it on?

If you look objectively, and do quantitative analysis, you wouldn't say stupid things like this company will be sold for this and that. DRRISK, I don't want to single anyone out here, but your comments are more and more mindless hype. Is this what you stand for? Why don't you do some analysis instead of baseless huckstering?? Anyone want to refute or disagree with any of this analysis??? No? You prefer to mindlessly cheerlead?? Good luck and have a nice day.
